目的 探讨全身不同剂量照射对皮肤软组织创伤愈合的剂量效应关系。方法 用60 Coγ射线一次性均匀照射 1~ 8Gy,照后 1h内 ,用特制的圆孔刀致大鼠背部全层皮肤2 2mm创面2个 (占体表面积的 2 5 % )。结果 创伤合并 0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8Gy全身照射后 ,随照射剂量增加 ,创伤愈合速度明显减缓 ,残留面积明显增大 ,如伤后 7d ,单创组有 33 5 %的创面未愈合 ,复合伤组分别有 35 4% ,38 1% ,41 6 % ,48 8% ,5 3 9% ,6 3 7% ,6 9 2 % ,73 9%的创面未愈合。统计学显示 ,伤后不同剂量与未愈合创面 % (^Y)间有明显的剂量效应关系。据此推导出 9个剂量效应公式。这些结果主要为群体判估放创复合伤伤情发展提供了重要基础数据。结论 放创复合伤时创伤愈合延迟有明显的剂量效应关系
Objective To investigate the dose-response relationship of different doses of whole body irradiation on skin wound healing. Methods A uniform circular irradiation of 1 Gy to 8 Gy with 60Coγ ray was performed. Within 2 hours after irradiation, a total of 22 mm wide 2 2 mm wounds on the dorsal surface of the rat (25% of the body surface area) were obtained with a special round hole knife. Results Wound healing combined with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Gy whole body irradiation significantly reduced the wound healing rate and the residual area significantly with the increase of irradiation dose. 33 5% of the wounds did not heal, the composite wounds were 35 4%, 38 1%, 41 6%, 48 8%, 53 9%, 6 3 7%, 69 2%, 73 9% heal. Statistics show that there is a significant dose-effect relationship between different doses of wounds and unhealed wound% (^ Y). Based on this, nine dose-response formulas were derived. These results mainly provide important basic data for the group to evaluate the development of combined injury and injury.
