选择C_(57)小鼠30只,随机分成4组:对照组,运动组(游泳训练3周),服药组(中药制剂),运动+服药组。结果显示:①除对照组体重明显增加外,其它三组无明显变化。②和对照组比较,运动+服药组的肌肉静止耐力、血液红细胞中SOD、GSH-Px的活力都明显增加。③和运动组比较,运动+服药组的血液红细胞GSH-Px活力显著增加。揭示该药在提高机体抗自由基能力方面可能有作用,在预防运动性疲劳、提高运动成绩方面,与运动训练一起发挥协同作用。因而有一定的临床应用价值。
Thirty C57 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, exercise group (swimming training for 3 weeks), medication group (TCM preparation), exercise + medication group. The results showed that: ① In addition to significant increase in body weight in the control group, the other three groups had no significant change. ②Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the erythrocytes of exercise + medication group were significantly increased after the animals were instilled with stamina. ③Compared with exercise group, GSH-Px activity of erythrocytes in exercise + medication group increased significantly. Revealing that the drug may play an important role in improving the body’s ability to resist free radicals and play a synergistic role in sports training in preventing exercise-induced fatigue and improving athletic performance. Therefore, there is a certain clinical value.
