高职院校的法律选修课由于重视程度低、教学目标不明确等原因导致开设课程盲目、教学资源匮乏、轻视素质培养等诸多弊端,教学改革势在必行,首先应明确改革目标,普及法律知识,培养学生自觉守法的意识、维权意识以及法律的兴趣才应是高职院校法律选修课的宗旨所在,其次应科学规划课程设置、努力改进教学方式、积极创新考核手段,通过多角度全方位的改革达到法律选修课的教学目标。
