作者介绍了一种采用单片微机MCS-5控制的高频心电图记录系统.系统采用软件延时的方法,使高频心电图可以在低频响的记录器上记录下来.临床检测31名正常人和33例经冠状动脉造影的冠心病患者的结果.若以冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病的灵敏度为100,则高频心电图诊断冠心病的灵敏度为94％;而常规心电图为50％.说明高频心电图对早期诊断冠心病有重要意义.
