新课改的“新”不是全新的理论,而是传统教学元素的科学调整和重新定位。所以我们的高效课堂不是把传统课堂改的面目皆非,完全摒弃,而是要用与社会发展相适应的教育理念去经营传统的课堂,让教育与时俱进,融入现代化信息,适应人类社会和生产力的发展。这就要求我们的教师不仅具有扎实的教学基本功,还要具备与时俱进的新课程理论和科学的课程实施技能。这样,高效课堂的实施才能做到科学有效,才具生命力,才能开花结果。下面就是我践行两年的高效课堂体会,以三字经形式分篇编写供大家参考:
