目的:观察化瘀固本方对慢性盆腔炎大鼠相关细胞因子及血液流变学的影响。方法:取40只成年未孕SD雌性大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、化瘀固本方组、康妇炎组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余3组大鼠均以混合菌液注入法造模。造模后正常饲养,第21天起分别灌胃给药,各组均灌胃2 w后处死,将双侧输卵管去除周围脂肪组织,电子天平称量质量并记录。取近子宫腔处左侧部分输卵管,S-P法检测TGF-β1、MCP-1的表达,ELISA法检测大鼠血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、SOD、CRP、VEGF、GM-CSF含量;在(37±0.1)℃下检测血浆粘度,全血高、中、低切粘度,红细胞压积。结果:与模型组比较,治疗后化瘀固本方组大鼠输卵管质量及其中TGF-β1、MCP-1表达,血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、SOD、CRP、VEGF、GM-CSF含量,血浆粘度、红细胞压积及全血高、中、低切粘度均有显著改善。结论:化瘀固本方能减轻盆腔炎造成的输卵管水肿,其机制与改善炎性相关细胞因子及血液流变学指标相关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Huayu Guben Fang on the related cytokines and hemorheology in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease rats. Methods: Forty female adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Huayu Gubenfang group and Kangfuyan group, with 10 rats in each group. Except normal control group, the other 3 groups of rats were all made by mixed bacterial injection. After the model was established, the mice were fed on the 21st day, and the rats in each group were sacrificed after 2 weeks of gavage. The bilateral fallopian tubes were used to remove the surrounding adipose tissue and the electronic balance was weighed and recorded. The oviducts of the left part of the uterine cavity were collected and the expression of TGF-β1 and MCP-1 were detected by SP method. The levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, The plasma viscosity, whole blood high, medium and low shear viscosity, hematocrit were measured at (37 ± 0.1) ℃. Results: Compared with the model group, the tubal quality, the expression of TGF-β1, MCP-1 and the levels of IL-1, IL-6, IL-10, SOD, CRP, -CSF content, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and whole blood high, medium and low shear viscosity were significantly improved. Conclusion: Huayu Guben can reduce tubal edema caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, and its mechanism is related to the improvement of inflammatory cytokines and hemorheological parameters.
