本实验报道了在离体条件下观察兔抗猪卵透明带抗血清对田鼠、小鼠与兔卵子透明带的沉淀层形成、精子附着及穿过透明带的影响。田鼠卵子预先用抗血清处理30分钟,在明视野下,可观察到在透明带外层形成沉淀层,同种精子不能附着到卵子的透明带上,继之,受精也被抑制,然而用对照血清处理过的卵子却未出现上述现象。用抗血清处理小鼠卵子,不影响精子在透明带上的附着,但是受精却被抑制。在兔上的实验显示抗血清不能抑制受精的发生。
In this study, we observed the effects of rabbit anti-porcine zona pellucida antiserum on the deposition of zona pellucida, sperm attachment and zona pellucida in voles, mice and rabbits in vitro.
