长期以来,轴承球化退火一直采用电炉进行,这种方法虽能保证产品质量,但成本高,耗电量大,效率低,特别在电力供应不足的情况下,直接影响生产任务的完成。我厂革命职工针对这种情况,学习了外单位的先进经验,经过两个月的努力,试制成功了一台热处理油炉,经投产试验效果良好,具有升温快,效率高,产量大,成本低,容易实现温度自动控制,并可采用快速球化退火新工艺,解决了热处理耗电量大的难关。
