放射治疗是当前治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。随着高能射线的应用,治疗的范围愈来愈广泛,据统计约60—70%的恶性肿瘤在治疗过程中都要使用它。决定放射治疗的成败,影响治疗效果的因素,除了临床病理及治疗技术外,放射剂量的准确与否起着很重要的作用。本文作者曾和陕西省计量局、二机部262厂一起对钴治疗机的照射量及吸收剂量进行了反复测试,说明由校准点的照射量x(dc)来计算水模体内该点吸收剂量
