故障现象有1辆全顺V348汽车,行驶里程:3万km,因车厢后部空调无暖风来我处报修。经试车确认故障确实存在。故障原因及排除维修人员首先检查2根暖风水管的热度,发现后暖风伺服电机阀门端上下水管有温差。显而易见不是暖风伺服电机阀门本身有问题,就是伺服电机的线路或开关有问题。根据以往维修伺服电机的经验,一般是把伺服电机的2根线对换能解决问题。于是先对换2根线,故障依旧,还是没有后暖风。那就要考虑伺服电机的线路或开关有问题。暖风伺服电机上有5根线,如果我们不把这5根线的各自用处了解清楚,那就无法来辨别这三者之间哪个出了问题。
