确立SOD提取液膜浓缩的工艺条件。用不同孔径的膜过滤马血SOD提取液,研究提取液膜浓缩和污染膜清洗工艺条件。结果表明,适用于SOD提取液浓缩的超滤膜为截留分子量10 kDa的RC膜,操作压力0.20 MPa,料液温度20℃,流速53.5 m/s,在此条件下浓缩最佳倍数为2。污染膜清洗的最适清洗剂为2%柠檬酸和0.3%NaOH+0.1%H2O2、清洗时间40 min、清洗温度35℃,该条件下膜恢复率为94.12%。在此条件下,SOD活力处于较高的水平,并及时解决膜污染带来的膜通量下降问题。
The process of concentrating SOD extract membrane was established. Using different pore size membrane filter horse blood SOD extract to study the extraction of liquid membrane concentration and pollution membrane cleaning process conditions. The results showed that the ultrafiltration membrane suitable for the concentration of SOD extract was a RC membrane with molecular weight cut off of 10 kDa. The operating pressure was 0.20 MPa, the feed temperature was 20 ℃ and the flow rate was 53.5 m / s. The optimal cleaning agent for contaminated membrane cleaning was 2% citric acid and 0.3% NaOH + 0.1% H2O2. The cleaning time was 40 min and the cleaning temperature was 35 ℃. The membrane recovery rate was 94.12%. Under these conditions, SOD activity is at a high level and the membrane flux reduction caused by membrane fouling is promptly solved.
