目的研究不同矢状向错的颅底结构与矢状向错的相关性。方法选取94例18~30岁均角型患者,其中安氏Ⅰ类组34例,安氏Ⅱ类组30例,安氏Ⅲ类组30例,进行头影测量,对21项测量数据进行独立样本t检验及相关性分析。结果 PM-FH从安氏Ⅲ类到安氏Ⅰ类再到安氏Ⅱ类数值顺次减小,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。安氏Ⅰ类和安氏Ⅲ类的前颅底结构差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,安氏Ⅲ类错的CF平面相对于PM平面做顺时针方向旋转。Ba-S-N和SN-FH分别与SNA和SNB呈负相关,ASe B与ANB呈正相关,
