以邻香兰醛和甘氨酸、L甲硫氨酸在氢氧化钾的乙醇溶液中合成Schif碱配体L1K,L2K(L1=C10H10O4NK·H2O,L2=C13H16NO4SK),将其分别作用于稀土Ln3+,配位后生成11个新配合物:Ln(L1)3·nH2O(Ln=La,n=0;Ln=Pr,Nd,n=1;Ln=Sm,Eu,Dy,n=2),Ln(L2)3·nH2O(Ln=La,n=1;Ln=Pr,Sm,Eu,Dy,n=2),对其进行红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导、氢核磁共振谱及元素分析,推测Schif碱配体是以O—N—O的三齿形式与中心金属离子配位的,中心金属离子的配位数为9~11.同时对两类配合物中的9个新化合物进行了抗肿瘤活性的初步筛选
