作为社情民意表达和传播的主要载体,互联网发挥着日益重要的作用。为了维护社会秩序的稳定,构建和谐社会,关注网络舆情,认知网络舆情模式,掌握网络舆情监控研判及管理,已是当前医院管理人员必须具备的素质。本文通过分析涉医网络舆情的特点,以及医疗机构应对网络舆情存在的问题,归纳了医疗机构对网络舆情处置的原则和工作措施以供参考。
As the main carrier of public opinion expression and dissemination, the Internet plays an increasingly important role. In order to maintain the stability of social order, to build a harmonious society, pay attention to the network public opinion, cognitive network public opinion model, to master the online public opinion monitoring and evaluation and management, it is already the quality that current hospital administrators must possess. This article analyzes the characteristics of medical public opinion network and public opinion, as well as medical institutions to deal with the problem of network public opinion, summarizes the medical institutions on the network public opinion disposal principles and measures for reference.
