近年来,一些国家和地区有意无意地卷入了一场争盖世界第一高楼的竞赛,马来西亚以国家石油公司为首的大公司投资8亿美元,在吉隆坡市中心兴建一座高450米的双塔型大厦,比当今世界最高的美国芝加哥希尔斯大厦高7米。日本建筑业竞相设计比现时超高层建筑更高的超超高层建筑。其中,不仅有高达800米的超超高层大楼,甚至还有超过富士山高度的大楼设想。这些超超高层大厦建在何地,技术上面临何种问题,其方案究竟有多少可行性呢?
In recent years, some countries and regions have intentionally or unintentionally drawn into a race to compete for the world’s tallest buildings. Malaysia’s big company headed by the National Oil Company invested US$800 million to build a 450-meter-tall twin tower in Kuala Lumpur’s city center. Building, 7 meters higher than Chicago’s highest building in the world, the Sears Tower in Chicago. The Japanese construction industry competes to design ultra-high-rise buildings that are taller than the current super-tall buildings. Among them, there are not only ultra-high-rise buildings up to 800 meters in height, but even buildings that exceed the height of Mount Fuji. Where are these ultra-high-rise buildings built and what are the technical problems they face? How feasible are their plans?
