经济效果在我国是一个长期未被重视的问题。长期以来我国的生产建设、经营管理等工作中经济效果不佳,即付出的代价与取得的成果不相适应。煤炭工业同样存在着忽视经济效果的问题,如片面追求原煤吨位,忽视煤炭质量,不重视洗选加工等。为了使煤炭工业的发展适应“四化”建设的需要,在煤炭工业中广泛开展经济效果的研究是十分必要的。
Economic effect in our country is a problem that has not been taken seriously for a long time. For a long time, the economic effects of China’s production, construction, operation and management are not good enough, that is, the price it paid did not match the achievements made. Similarly, the coal industry has overlooked the economic effects of the problem, such as one-sided pursuit of raw coal tonnage, ignoring the quality of coal, do not attach importance to washing processing. In order to adapt the development of the coal industry to the needs of the “four modernizations”, it is necessary to carry out a wide range of economic studies in the coal industry.
