Point人力资源是企业生存和发展基础和关键,只有正确认识到人力资源对企业的重要性,建立科学有效的人力资源招聘体系和管理模式,才能使企业管理更加精细化、合理化,实现对企业人员素质的全面提升,增强企业的整体竞争力。本文笔者就电力企业人力资源管理问题展开分析论述,并从人力资源开发、培训、管理等方面对如何建立科学有效的人力资源管理系统做了进一步的总结。
Point Human resource is the basis and key to the survival and development of an enterprise. Only by correctly understanding the importance of human resource to an enterprise and establishing a scientific and effective human resource recruitment system and management model can the enterprise management be more refined and rationalized, The overall quality improvement, enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the author analyzes and discusses human resources management problems in power enterprises, and further summarizes how to establish a scientific and effective human resources management system from the aspects of human resources development, training and management.
