目的:研究益气祛白颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法:选用L_9(3~4)进行正交设计试验,以黄芪甲苷含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,设定煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水倍数为影响因素,优选益气祛白颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果:得到最佳工艺条件为加10倍量的水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选出益气祛白颗粒水提工艺,该工艺稳定可行,有效成分提取效率高。
Objective: To study the best water extraction technology of Qiqi Qu Bai Granule. Methods: L_9 (3 ~ 4) was selected for orthogonal experiment. Astragaloside IV content and extract yield were used as evaluation indexes to determine the number of decoctions, decocting time and water multiple. The best particle extraction process. Results: The optimum conditions were obtained by adding 10 times the amount of water, extracted three times, each time 1 h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction technology of Yiqi Qu Bai Granules is stable and feasible, and the extraction efficiency of active ingredients is high.
