目的了解顺德容桂地区老年人糖尿病现况。方法对顺德区容桂街道整群随机抽样,随机抽取2个村。对村中60岁以上的常住人口全部进行调查。总人数1 503人,资料完整的1 400人(60~93岁,68.15±6.66岁)其中男性578人,女性822人;60~69岁865人(占61.8%),70~79岁430人(占30.7%),80岁~105(占7.5%)。调查的项目有年龄、性别、空腹血糖(FG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)、血压、既往史,并计算出体重指数(BMI)、腰臀围比(WHR)和腰围身高比(WHtR)。结果①1 400例社区老人糖尿病总现患率12.4%;男性现患率12.8%,女性现患率12.2%。60~69岁组现患率12.8%,70~79岁组现患率12.3%,80岁以上组现患率9.5%。男女之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②与非糖尿病者相比,糖尿病者BMI、SBP、DBP、WC、WHR、WHtR、TG更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄与TC差别不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);③Pearson相关性分析发现,糖尿病与BMI、WC、WHR、WHtR、SBP、DBP、TG明显相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与TC不相关。结论①1 400例顺德容桂社区老人糖尿病现患率12.4%;②糖尿病患者与BMI、WC、WHR、WHtR、SBP、DBP、TG升高明显相关。
Objective To understand the prevalence of diabetes in the elderly in Ronggui, Shunde. Methods The cluster of Shun-gui Ronggui Street was randomly sampled and randomly selected from 2 villages. Investigate all permanent residents over the age of 60 in the village. The total number is 1,503, with a total of 1,404 people (aged 60-93, 68.15 ± 6.66 years old), including 578 males and 822 females, 865 (61.8%) aged 60-69, 430 (30.7%), 80 to 105 (7.5%). The items investigated included age, gender, fasting plasma glucose (FG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), height, weight, waist circumference (WC), hip circumference (HC), blood pressure, BMI, WHR and WHtR. Results ① The total prevalence rate of diabetes in 1 400 community-old people was 12.4%. The prevalence rate was 12.8% in male and 12.2% in female. The prevalence was 12.8% in the 60- to 69-year-old group, 12.3% in the 70-79-year-old group, and 9.5% in the group over 80 years old. There was no significant difference between men and women (P> 0.05), and there was significant difference between different age groups (P <0.01). ② Compared with non-diabetic patients, BMI, SBP, DBP, WC, WHR (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between age and TC (P> 0.05). ③Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant difference between diabetes and BMI, WC, WHR, WHtR, SBP , DBP and TG, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), not related to TC. Conclusion ①The prevalence rate of diabetes in 140 elderly people in Shunde Ronggui community was 12.4%. ② The levels of BMI, WC, WHR, WHtR, SBP, DBP and TG in diabetes were significantly correlated.
