【教育背景】高二处于高中阶段的中间环节,学生易出现学习动力不足现象。本班学生也未能避免这一规律。针对这一现状,我认为帮助学生树立理想、确立目标、制定计划可以让学生做到既仰望星空,又脚踏实地,从而有效解决这一问题。为此,我设计了三节系列班会。第一节“仰望星空,寻理想”让学生明确自己的理想是什么。通过课前问卷调查,让学生将自己的理想与现实生活相结合,找到与理想契合的职业目标,并明确高中阶段需要完成的任务
【Education】 High School in the middle part of high school links, students prone to lack of motivation to learn. Students in this class also failed to avoid this rule. In response to this situation, I think it is an effective solution to this problem by helping students to establish their ideals, set goals and make plans that will enable students to look both into the sky and down to earth. To this end, I designed a series of three clubs. The first section “Looks at the stars, find ideas” let students know what their ideal is. Through pre-school surveys, students are asked to combine their ideals with real life to find career goals that match their ideals and to clarify the tasks to be accomplished in high school.
