我国的海事请求保全制度是借鉴现行有关国际公约与各国司法实践,结合我国国情慢慢发展起来的,作为海事诉讼中的重要制度,本文通过比较其与美国Rule B Attachment制度的异同,论述了我国海事请求保全制度的特点及需要完善的地方。
China’s maritime claim preservation system draws lessons from the existing relevant international conventions and judicial practices of various countries and develops slowly with the national conditions of our country.
