随着经济社会和医疗改革的深入发展,人才在医院管理中的作用越来越突出,成为医疗行业竞争的重点。作为医院管理中的第一资源,如何创新经济人力资源管理,提高医院的竞争力成为目前多数医院关注的焦点。本文通过分析现阶段医院管理中人力资源的现状以及存在的问题,从而进一步探讨医院的创新经济人力资源管理。同时,还能起到参考作用,加强医院的人力资源管理,以人为本,创新发展,促进医院的长久稳定发展。
With the further development of economy, society and medical reform, talent plays an increasingly prominent role in hospital management and becomes the focus of competition in the medical industry. As the first resource in hospital management, how to innovate the economic human resource management and improve the competitiveness of the hospital become the focus of most hospitals. In this paper, by analyzing the status quo and existing problems of human resources in hospital management at the present stage, we can further discuss the innovative economic human resource management in hospitals. At the same time, it can also play a reference role in strengthening the hospital’s human resources management, people-oriented, innovation and development, and promote the hospital’s long-term and stable development.
