港、台、东南亚的华资财团,绝大部分是家族企业。曾有些西方的经济学家,预言在80年代中,此类的家族企业会逐步被淘汰。但事实却相反。笔者经过对上百个华资财团的研究,发现了一些规律。其中重视人才这一点,就是推动华资财团继续发展壮大的重要动力。 顾名思义,家族企业类的华资财团,最大的性质是财团的产权由某个华人家族控制,如香港的200多 Most Chinese-funded consortia in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia are family-owned enterprises. Some Western economists predicted that such family-owned enterprises would gradually be eliminated in the 1980s. But the fact is the opposite. After studying hundreds of Chinese financial consortia, the author discovered some laws. This emphasis on talent is an important impetus for the continued development and growth of Chinese-funded consortia. As the name implies, the most important feature of a family-owned Chinese-funded consortium is that the property rights of the consortium are controlled by a Chinese family, such as over 200 in Hong Kong.
