2002年课程标准颁布之后,评价成为教改理念里的重要环节。传统的终结性评价因为只关注学生的学习结果而忽略了学生的进步过程而逐步不为人们接受。形成性评价一方面能帮助教师了解学生,为教师及时调整教学方式提供有益依据,另一方面能使学生更加自信,在英语学习中逐步体验着进步和收获,从而促进学生综合语言能力的发展。
After the promulgation of the curriculum standards in 2002, evaluation has become an important part of the education reform concept. The traditional summative assessment gradually becomes unacceptable because it only focuses on students’ learning outcomes and ignores the progress of students. On the one hand, formative assessment can help teachers to understand students, provide useful evidences for teachers to adjust teaching methods on the one hand, and on the other hand, make students more confident and gradually experience the progress and gains in English learning so as to promote the development of students’ comprehensive language skills.
