2007年7月8~27日赴美国进行了体能训练考察和培训,虽然时间不长,但学到的东西和所受到的启迪却非常大,对于竞技体育运动训练的内涵、特别是美国体能训练的核心思想有了进一步的了解和认识。他们有关体能训练的理念给我很大的触动与启发,使自己对“strength and condition training”(力量与体能训练)这一概念有了新的认识和更深一步的理解。他们在体能训练的整体内容中,更强调力量训练,并在更高的高度上给予重视;而在力量素质的训练中,又更加强调爆发力训练和快速力量训练。特别是他们在力量训练中非常强调和注重的三个方面,即规范性、系统性与专项技术要求紧密结合,给我留下非常深刻的印象。
