目的:分析我国医学教育研究热点和发展趋势,为医学教育改革与实践提供参考。方法:采取文献计量学研究方法,以《中华医学教育杂志》等4种期刊2010年~2019年共18 537篇学术文献为研究资料,通过Citespace软件生成可视化图表,基于图表结果对医学教育领域研究热点与发展趋势进行分析。结果:医学教育领域高频研究关键词包括医学生、教学改革、临床教学、教学方法、实验教学等;研究主题可聚为教学、医学生、研究生、实验教学、教学改革、住院医师6类;突现主题包含案例教学法、医学研究生教育、专业学位等。结论:2010年~2019年我国医学教育研究热点为教学改革、教学方法、实验教学、临床教学、实践教学、职业素质培养等,医学教育研究趋势呈现研究领域逐渐精准、研究对象具体明确、研究方向紧随时代、研究内容紧扣政策的特点。“,”Objective:This paper analyzes the research hotspots and development trend of medical education in China, so as to provide reference for the later medical education reform and practice.Methods:Using bibliometrics research method, 18 537 academic literatures from 2010 to 2019 published in four journals like n Chinese Journal of Medical Education were taken as research objects, and visual charts were generated by Citespace software. Based on the results of the charts, research hotspots and development trends in the field of medical education were analyzed.n Results:The key words of high-frequency research in the field of medical education include medical students, teaching reform, clinical teaching, teaching methods, experimental teaching, etc.; research topics can be grouped into six categories: teaching, medical students, graduate students, experimental teaching, teaching reform, resident doctors; emergent topics include case teaching method, medical graduate education, professional degree, etc.Conclusions:From 2010 to 2019, the hot spots of medical education research in China are teaching reform, teaching methods, experimental teaching, clinical teaching, practical teaching, professional quality training, etc. The trend of medical education research shows that the research field is gradually precise, the research object is specific, the research direction is tight, and the research content is closely related to the policy.
