目的 :研究芦笋、香菇、绿豆对小白鼠实验性高脂血症的预防作用。方法 :静脉注射四氧嘧啶和腹腔注射 75 %蛋黄乳液造成小白鼠实验性高脂血症和高血糖模型 ,用芦笋、香菇和绿豆进行治疗。结果 :芦笋香菇汁、芦笋香菇绿豆汁均可显著降低实验性高脂血症小白鼠的血清甘油三脂 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)及血糖 (BG)浓度 ,显著增高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)浓度 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,作用程度与已知降脂、降糖药物相当。结论 :芦笋香菇汁、芦笋香菇绿豆汁均能抑制小白鼠实验性高脂血症的形成。
Objective : To study the preventive effect of asparagus, shiitake and mung bean on experimental hyperlipidemia in mice. METHODS: Experimental hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemic models were induced in mice by intravenous injection of alloxan and intraperitoneal injection of 75% egg yolk emulsion, and treated with asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and mung beans. RESULTS: Asparagus mushroom juice and asparagus mushroom mung bean juice can significantly reduce serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and blood glucose in experimental hyperlipidemic mice. BG) concentration significantly increased serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) concentrations (P < 0.01), and the effect was comparable to that of known lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic drugs. Conclusion : Asparagus mushroom juice and asparagus mushroom mung bean juice can inhibit the formation of experimental hyperlipidemia in mice.
