【摘 要】目的：探讨综合护理干预在食管癌手术患者术后不适的改善作用。方法：选取我院2018年1-12月122例食管癌手术患者，随机分实验组、对比组，实验组利用综合护理干预进行术后护理，对比组传统护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：实验组并发症发病率4.91%，对比组并发症发病率18.03%，两组住院时间、生活质量评分有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：食管癌手术患者术后不适强烈，大部分患者能够在综合护理干预下改善术后不适，值得临床应用。
