答:小青龙汤解表散寒,温肺化饮。方中以麻黄、桂枝相配。发汗宣肺而解表邪,麻黄又能宣肃肺气而助化里饮;干姜、细辛、半夏温肺化饮;甘草和药祛痰。这样,已成散寒化饮之剂。那么,为何又要酸敛的五味子和芍药?经曰,肺欲收,急食酸以收之,以甘缓之。五味子五味俱全,以酸为主,长于收敛肺气。与辛温发散之麻、桂、辛相配,一散一收,相互制约,互相为用。
