超声雾化器是一种通过机电藕合产生振荡,以水为介质将超声波的声能作用于药液杯内的水溶性药物,使之变成细微的气溶胶雾粒来作为吸入治疗的仪器。通过它可使药物随着患者的呼吸过程直达呼吸系统疾病的病灶部位,大大提高了药物的治疗效果,因而被广泛地应用于医院的临床治疗。在我院使用最多的是YN-402型超声雾化器,该机为全晶体管电路。在维修该雾化器的过程中,笔者对其发生频率较高的故障作了以下的总结。
