本文结合徐州矿务集团的实际情况,对煤炭企业核心员工流失意图进行研究,得出影响煤炭企业核心员工流失的主要因素及作用方式,并据此提出煤炭企业核心员工保持的管理对策。
Based on the actual situation of Xuzhou Mining Group, this paper studies the intention of loss of key employees in coal enterprises and draws the main factors that affect the loss of key employees in coal enterprises and the mode of action. Based on this, the management countermeasures of key employees in coal enterprises are proposed.
