定向运动引入到国内,最先普及发展的是高校,重点是建设运动队,以点带面得发展,经过十多年的培养初见成效。现在,有更多的人参与定向运动,仅仅到点的发展,面不够广,速度不够快。因此,被引进到体育课程建设中,提高了受益面。但是,训练与教学是有区别的,如何在校园内,利用仅有的资源上好定向课,满足学生的需求,保障学生的学习兴趣,成为定向发展中的新问题。本文作者就从事定向运动教学中出现的问题与经验进行归纳总结,与大家共同探讨。
Orienteering was introduced to China. The first university to popularize and develop is to focus on the construction of a sports team, which has been developed with a certain degree of effectiveness. After more than a decade of training, initial success has been achieved. Now, more people are participating in orienteering, only to the point where they are not wide enough and not fast enough. Therefore, it has been introduced into the construction of physical education curriculum to improve the benefits. However, there is a difference between training and teaching. How to use the only resources on the campus to better orient the class so as to meet the needs of students and ensure students’ interest in learning has become a new problem in targeted development. The author summarizes the problems and experiences in the teaching of Orienteering and discusses with everyone.
