国家海洋局第二海洋研究所获得国际科学基金资助,进行了“水产蛋白酶降血压肽的研究开发”项目研究,并取得成功。以鲢鱼、贻贝水产品为原料,采用分步复合酶酶解、活性修饰等先进工艺,经冷冻干燥、制剂成型,开发出具有高活性的降血压肽。它是以食物蛋白为原料,开发的一种具有降血压作用的生物活性肽。与普通的化学合成降压药物相比,降血压肽无副作用,且只对高血压患者可降压,而对血压正常者反而有抑制血压升高的显著特点。该成果目前已通过浙江省科技厅组织的成果鉴定。摘自《渔业现代化》
The Second Institute of Oceanography of the State Oceanic Administration won the international science fund, carried out the “research and development of aquatic protease antihypertensive peptides” project and achieved success. With silver carp and mussel aquatic products as raw materials, step-by-step enzyme digestion and activity modification are adopted to prepare the hypotensive peptide with high activity by freeze-drying and preparation. It is a food protein as raw material, developed a hypotensive effect of bioactive peptides. Compared with ordinary chemical synthesis antihypertensive drugs, antihypertensive peptides without side effects, and only antihypertensive patients with antihypertensive, but normotensive patients with antihypertensive significant features.
