1975年我厂开始小批量试生产了GCr15轴承钢管。1980年我厂和襄阳轴承厂按YB(T)1—80的要求签订了“西临23—80”技术协议,确定大批量生产GCr15轴承钢管。生产初期,GCr15轴承钢管出现环状层裂,其位置靠近钢管内壁,其状态为环状撕裂。这种环状层裂严重时的发生率高达19.64%。环状层裂严重影响轴承管的质量,造成了用户退货和厂内判废。为了消除这种环状层裂,我厂进行了为时两年的工业性试验,并且在较深入研究的基础上找出了环状层裂发生的原因及其消除办法,取得了较显著的效
In 1975 my factory began small batch production of GCr15 bearing steel. In 1980, our factory and Xiangyang Bearing Factory signed the technical agreement of “West Pro-23-80” according to the requirements of YB (T) 1-80, and confirmed the mass production of GCr15 bearing steel pipe. Early production, GCr15 bearing ring emergence of ring-shaped layer, the location close to the inner wall of the steel, the ring is torn state. The incidence of severe annular dehiscence was as high as 19.64%. Ring dehiscence seriously affect the quality of bearing pipe, resulting in the user returns and factory sentenced to waste. In order to eliminate this annular dehiscence, our factory conducted a two-year industrial test, and on the basis of a more in-depth study to find out the causes of annular dehiscence and its elimination, and achieved more significant effect
