本文根据目前正在推行的新型农村合作医疗制度存在的问题,在深入到新型合作医疗试点县、乡镇调研的基础上,提出如何提高参合率、如何提高服务水平和加大监督管理等,以期推进新型合作医疗制度的健康发展。
