Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. Is a medicinal herb of the genus Scrophulariaceae, which is mainly produced in Wen County, Wuhu, Qinyang and other places in Henan Province. It is one of the famous “four big Huai medicine” in China, and the products are sold both at home and abroad [1]. At present, the research on Rehmannia glutinosa mostly focuses on the pathogen of Rehmannia virus [2], chemical composition [3] and continuous cropping obstacle [4]. However, there are few studies on the relationship between the photosynthetic characteristics of Rehmannia glutinosa and its environmental factors.
