目的了解联合多种药物进行化疗止吐治疗的疗效及患者对费用的接受程度。方法在26例肺癌患者应用含顺铂（大于50mg/m2）的两药联合化疗（66次化疗）过程中,应用地塞米松、甲氧氯普胺和昂丹司琼进行止吐治疗,对止吐治疗的效果及患者对费用的接受程度进行分析。结果止吐治疗有效率为86.4%。共有6个化疗过程中出现1级呕吐,2个化疗过程中出现2级呕吐,1个化疗过程中出现3级呕吐,呕吐发生率为13.6%,2级以上呕吐发生率为4.5%。每病人费用约125.3元,满意率为81.8%,可以接受为18.2%。对于疗效觉得满意为
