1978年,杭州制氧机厂引进1万m~3/h空分设备制造技术并开展合作生产,之后,又引进中压氧气透平压缩机制造技术.在消化吸收国外先进技术的基础上,努力实现“杭氧化”。同时,开展一系列课题研究和工艺试验,贯彻实施国际或国外标准;建立厂内质量保证体系;根据不同需求,进行针对性设计与制造.从而,对原产品系列逐步进行全面更新换代,使大中型空分设备达到了70年代末或80年代初世界先进水平.该厂已运用引进技术自行设计制造大中型空分设备43套,其中29套已投入运行,经用户考核均达到设计指标,性能可与进口设备相媲美,价格具有竞争力,为替代进口产品作出了贡献,替代进口后约可为国家节约外汇2亿美元.此为第一部.
In 1978, the Hangzhou Oxygen Making Plant introduced 10,000 m3/h of air separation equipment manufacturing technology and carried out cooperative production. After that, it introduced medium-pressure oxygen turbine compressor manufacturing technology. Based on digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technologies, Efforts to achieve “Hang oxidation.” At the same time, it has carried out a series of research projects and process tests to implement international or foreign standards; establish an in-plant quality assurance system; and conduct targeted design and manufacturing according to different needs. As a result, the original product line has been gradually upgraded and replaced. The medium-sized air separation plant reached the advanced level in the late 1970s or early 1980s. The plant has used its imported technology to design and manufacture 43 large and medium-sized air separation plants, of which 29 have been put into operation. Comparable with imported equipment, the price is competitive, and it contributes to the substitution of imported products. After import substitution, it can save about 200 million U.S. dollars for the country. This is the first one.
