本文明确我国小麦黄矮病毒至少有4种株系类型。它们是麦二叉蚜禾縊管蚜株系(GPV)、麦二叉蚜麦长管蚜株系(GAV)、禾缢管蚜麦长管蚜麦二叉蚜株系(PAGV)和玉米蚜专化性株系(RMV)。血清学测定证明GPV为我国新株系。GAV、PAGV与美国MAV、PAV等株系相关,RMV与美国的相似。从超薄切片中在国内首先看到密集而清晰的球状病毒粒体。GPV与GAV抗血清具有明显的专化性,并以该侏糸为毒源对1500多份麦类种质资源进行了有效鉴定,同时从理论上阐明为什么麦二叉蚜是我国小麦黄矮病毒的主要传毒介体,为麦蚜与小麦黄矮病的流行测报提供了科学的依据。
This paper made clear that China’s wheat yellow dwarf virus at least 4 types of strains. They are aphid-resistant Aphis gossypii (GPV), Aphis gossypii Aphis gossypii (GAV), Aphis gossypii Aphis gossypii Atweed (PAGV) and Aphis gossypii Specialized strains (RMV). Serological tests showed that GPV is a new strain in China. GAV, PAGV and MAV, PAV and other strains of the United States, RMV and the United States similar.
