目的探析中西医结合方法对于下肢血管性皮肤病的治疗效果。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月该院收治的下肢血管性皮肤病患者80例,依据随机原则将全部患者平均分成对照组40例,仅接受西医常规治疗,观察组40例,选择中西医结合治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率77.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗结束后复发率为5.00%,对照组复发率17.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗不良反应发生率为5.00%,对照组不良反应发生率10.00%(PP>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗下肢血管性皮肤病能够使症状得到更明显改善,疗效更为突出,帮助患者迅速恢复,值得广泛应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on lower extremity vascular dermatosis. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 80 patients with lower extremity vascular dermatosis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40) Western medicine treatment, the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 77.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 5.00% in the observation group and 17.50% in the control group (P <0.05) The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00% and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.00% (PP> 0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of vascular lower extremity skin diseases can make the symptoms be more significantly improved, the effect is more prominent, to help patients recover quickly, it is widely used.
