The “Mary Kay Cosmetics Company” in the United States has only been 37 years since it was founded in 1963. However, it is under the original “sandwich” mode of loose governance. It covers only 160 square meters and employs only 9 employees. The small cosmetics company has grown into a multinational group with annual sales of more than 300 million U.S. dollars and 1.2 million employees, and stands proudly in the cosmetics industry in the world.
