At present, primary and secondary schools in our country include secondary vocational schools, and most of them have two institutions: the Office of Academic Affairs and the Department of Education (or Moral Education Office). The former is responsible for teaching, that is, teacher management: the latter is responsible for the management of students’ ideological and political work and living behavior, that is, the management of the class teacher. This management mode plays an active role in strengthening students’ education, implementing school-led moral education, and teaching-centered educational thoughts. However, this model is neither in line with the laws of education, is not conducive to the overall improvement of education and teaching quality.
