随着我国新闻出版体制改革的不断深化,各出版单位处于内外部环境不断变化的关键时期,机遇与挑战并存。如何实现跨越式转型发展,成为摆在每个出版单位面前的一个难题。文中以中国质检出版社的转型发展为背景,对加强专业产品研发的同时深度挖掘交叉领域资源,实现内容上转型;数字立体化转型打造全媒体出版,实现形态上调整;建立行业联盟助推私人定制,实现模式上转变;立足国内出版市场走向国际,实现渠道上突破等几方面进行探讨,从而实现专业出版“走出去”的战略发展。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the press and publishing system in our country, each publishing unit is in a critical period of constant changes in the internal and external environment, with both opportunities and challenges coexisting. How to achieve the leapfrog transformation and development has become a problem facing every publishing unit. In the context of the transformation and development of China Quality Inspection Publishing House, this paper deepens the research and development of specialty products and deeply exploits the resources in the cross areas to achieve the content transformation. The digital three-dimensional transformation creates the all-media publication and realizes the morphological adjustment. Private customization, to achieve the mode change; based on the domestic publishing market to go international, to achieve breakthroughs in channels to explore several aspects, so as to achieve professional publishing “going out ” strategic development.
