本文通过对1952年成立的华东艺专创作研究室相关史料的考察与挖掘,对创研室的人员构成、组织结构、功能任务等进行了描述和说明,由此阐发以下观点:一,创作研究室在成立之初主要起到对一批解放前国统区背景的老教师投闲置散的作用;二,这种“闲置”客观上为这批老教师静心从事美术史论及创作理论研究提供了条件;三,逐渐投入教学活动后,创研室在华东艺专新师资的培养方面起到了重要的帮带、提携作用,使得这一学术研究的传统得以薪火相传。
Through the investigation and excavation of the relevant historical materials of the East China Art Creation Laboratory established in 1952, this paper describes and explains the staff composition, organizational structure, and functional tasks of the research room, thus illustrating the following points: At the beginning of the establishment of the chamber, it mainly played a role in throwing loose on a group of old teachers who had a background of liberation of the former KMT.
