自我国改革开放以来,国有企业也随之开展了一系列的变革和创新。职业经理人队伍的整体素养,直接关系到国有企业改革的成败,综合这些年国有企业的改革现状,职业经理人队伍建设不完善是制约改革进程的重要影响因素之一。本文从职业经理人的概念入手,分析国有企业职业经理人队伍建设中存在的问题,并针对问题展开关于国有企业职业经理人队伍建设的研究。
Since the reform and opening up of our country, SOEs have also carried out a series of changes and innovations. The overall quality of professional managers is directly related to the success or failure of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Combining the current state of SOEs reform in these years, the imperfect construction of professional managers is one of the most important factors restricting the reform process. This article begins with the concept of professional manager, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of professional manager team in state-owned enterprises, and studies the construction of professional managers in state-owned enterprises according to the problems.
