芜菁(Brassica rapa L.),又名蔓菁,盘菜,新疆称恰玛古,十字花科芸苔属芜菁种两年生植物。全国各地均有栽培。芜菁在我国的栽培历史很久远,古时称为葑,西汉时代已是一个主要蔬菜品种~([1])。其食用部分为地下根部,形似萝卜。果型有圆形、长圆锥形,果肉有黄色、白色,皮色有白色、红色黄色和绿色等。口味微甜,有淡淡的辛辣味道。芜菁营养丰富,含硫代葡萄糖苷类化合物、挥发油、黄酮、多糖等多种功能成分,
