目的:探讨小儿脑胶质瘤CT表现与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的相关性。方法:搜集经术前CT诊断及手术后病理证实的脑胶质瘤46例,分析CT表现,并进行PCNA免疫组织化学染色,测定PCNA标记指数。结果:低级别胶质瘤(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)的PCNALI明显低于高级别胶质瘤(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)(P<0.05),胶质瘤的密度均匀度、瘤周水肿程度及强化程度与PCNA表达水平差异有统计学意义,胶质瘤的部位与PCNA表达水平差异无统计学意义。结论:小儿脑胶质瘤CT表现与PCNA的表达水平密切相关,CT表现能够间接反映小儿脑胶质瘤的生物学行为。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between CT appearance and PCNA expression in pediatric gliomas. Methods: Forty-six patients with gliomas confirmed by preoperative CT and pathology were collected and analyzed for CT appearance. PCNA immunohistochemical staining and PCNA labeling index were also performed. Results: The PCNALI of low grade gliomas (Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade) was significantly lower than that of high grade gliomas (Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade) (P <0.05). The density of gliomas, the degree of peri - And PCNA expression levels were significantly different, glioma site and PCNA expression levels were not statistically different. Conclusion: The CT findings of pediatric gliomas are closely related to the expression of PCNA. The CT findings can indirectly reflect the biological behavior of pediatric gliomas.
