目的分析天津市18岁以上女性居民干豆类及豆制品的摄入情况,以了解该市成年女性雌马酚前体物质——大豆异黄酮的主要食物来源的摄入情况,及其与文化程度、腰围、体重、BMI等体格指标以及血压等指标的关系。方法对天津市居民营养与膳食调查数据中18岁以上女性共632人进行分析,调查包括一般信息、膳食调查和体格检查。结果参与膳食调查的成年女性平均年龄为(52.67±14.83)岁,腰围(84.30±10.28)cm,体重(63.52±11.13)kg,体质指数(24.98±3.71)kg/m~2。收缩压为(131.93±19.68)mm Hg,舒张压为(82.55±10.92)mm Hg。干豆类及豆制品总平均摄入(13.60±19.39)g/人日,干豆类平均摄入(2.79±10.42)g/人日,豆制品平均摄入(10.81±15.98)g/人日。不同年龄组间、不同地区间干豆类及豆制品的摄入量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。根据干豆及豆制品总摄入量进行分组,高摄入量组26人,中摄入量组40人,低摄入量组566人。各组别在文化程度、腰围、体重、收缩压、舒张压间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同组间体质指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天津市成年女性居民干豆类及豆制品的平均摄入尚未达到《中国居民膳食指南》推荐量,应在文化程度较低、年龄较轻的女性中加强开展营养宣教工作。
Objective To analyze the intake of dried beans and soy products among female residents over the age of 18 in Tianjin in order to find out the intake of main food sources of soybean isoflavone, Degree, waist circumference, weight, BMI and other physical indicators and blood pressure and other indicators. Methods A total of 632 women aged 18 years and older in the nutrition and dietary survey data of Tianjin residents were analyzed. The average intake of dry beans and soy products was (13.60 ± 19.39) g / person day, the average intake of dry beans was 2.79 ± 10.42 g / person day, the average intake of soy products was 10.81 ± 15.98 g / person day . There was no significant difference in the intake of dried beans and soy products between different age groups and different regions (P> 0.05). According to the total intake of dried beans and soybeans, 26 were in the high-intake group, 40 in the middle-intake group and 566 in the low-intake group. There were no significant differences among groups in education, waist circumference, body weight, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in body mass index among different groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The average intake of dried beans and soy products by adult female residents in Tianjin has not yet reached the recommended level of “Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents.” Nutritional education should be strengthened among younger, younger women.
