在田间试验条件下,对吲唑酯(Ethychlozate,IZAA)促进番茄早熟和果实品质等各种生理效应作了初步研究。“强力米寿”番茄定植后30天和40天,分别用6.25、12.5、25、50ppmIZAA叶面喷洒二次,除6.25ppm外,各种浓度的处理都具有促进果实早熟的作用。以50ppm处理二次的效果为最佳,收获始期提早4天。可溶性固形物、还原性糖及酸度等各项指标也相应提早增高。IZAA具有促进增强多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG酶)活性和促进番茄果实提前转色的功能。此外50ppmIZAA处理后,能使番茄叶片出现偏上生长和植株基部形成瘤状突起,此类突起会发生木栓化现象并引起不定根的发生。
In the field experiment, we studied the effects of indazole ester (IZAA) on early maturity and fruit quality of tomato. After 30 days and 40 days of “strong rice life” tomato were sprayed twice with 6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50 ppmIZAA foliar leaves, respectively, except for 6.25ppm, the treatments of various concentrations had the effect of promoting the fruit precociousness. The effect of the second treatment at 50ppm is the best, and the harvesting period is 4 days earlier. Soluble solids, reducing sugars and acidity and other indicators also increased accordingly earlier. IZAA has the function of promoting the activity of polygalacturonase (PG enzyme) and promoting the color conversion of tomato fruits in advance. In addition, 50ppmIZAA treatment, can make the tomato leaves appear on the growth and the base of the plant-shaped tumor-like protrusions, such protrusions occur corking phenomenon and cause adventitious roots.
