无固定期限劳动合同是我国三种法定的劳动合同之一,但不少人对其存在一些误解和争议,认为无固定期限劳动合同是"铁饭碗"、"终身制",影响了企业的竞争力等等.本文通过对这些认识误区和争议的分析,探讨新中无固定期限劳动合同存在的缺陷,并提出相应意见和建议.
